Everything you need to know about our remuneration and benefits policy.
At Scalian, remuneration is based on a fair and competitive approach, taking into account market standards, individual qualifications and skills, performance and value creation. The expected level of competence is described in a job reference framework, and pay scales are defined according to the level of position held. Total remuneration is broken down into several components, always spelled out transparently and fairly.
Salary
The level of an individual’s fixed salary is defined in relation to the position held and the level of skills. To ensure company equity, periodic salary reviews are organised with the HR/Managerial teams to set the salary increases to be awarded following the annual interviews, according to the observed changes in overall skills or responsibilities.
Variable part
The fixed salary of some of our employees can therefore be supplemented by a variable part. This is awarded in the form of bonuses according to the achievement of objectives set in an annual amendment to their contract.
Profit-sharing
Scalian has set up profit-sharing agreements to ensure that all employees share in the profits earned as a result of our performance. At the request of employees, the profit-sharing amounts can also be invested in a Company Savings Plan or a Collective Retirement Savings Plan.
UPSCALING programme
A financial bonus system, open to all, rewards all our employees who bring in business or co-opt a new employee.
Flexibility and remote working
Scalian has introduced a company agreement on remote working. This agreement allows a full-time employee to work from home 11 days a month, with a maximum of three days a week, depending on the specific constraints of each assignment. In addition, a remote working allowance is paid for four days or more of remote working per month.
Organisation of working time
To ensure a healthy work-life balance, we have introduced a policy for organising working time, including reduced working time days, available at everyone's convenience and according to operational requirements. We have also set up a time savings scheme, enabling our employees to accumulate and manage unused holiday entitlement, overtime or RTT days.
Support for parenthood
Our employees are able to benefit from places in nurseries through partners networks.
Health insurance
An attractive contract, with the best guarantees for reimbursement of your dental and optical expenses, and covering alternative medical care, while limiting the amount left to pay following reimbursement by the insurance company.
Green mobility allowances
This programme offers financial compensation to employees who use alternative means of transport, and aims to encourage and support environmentally-friendly travel. We are taking steps to reduce the carbon footprint of our employees, ease traffic congestion and promote a culture of sustainable mobility within the company.
Lunch vouchers
Lunch vouchers are prepaid vouchers that can be used in a wide range of restaurants, cafés, bakeries and meal delivery services. Scalian finances 60% of the voucher, which is worth €9 per day worked.
