Remuneration and benefits

At Scalian, remuneration is based on a fair and competitive approach, taking into account market standards, individual qualifications and skills, performance and value creation. The expected level of competence is described in a job reference framework, and pay scales are defined according to the level of position held. Total remuneration is broken down into several components, always spelled out transparently and fairly.

01

Salary

The level of an individual’s fixed salary is defined in relation to the position held and the level of skills. To ensure company equity, periodic salary reviews are organised with the HR/Managerial teams to set the salary increases to be awarded following the annual interviews, according to the observed changes in overall skills or responsibilities.

02

Variable part

The fixed salary of some of our employees can therefore be supplemented by a variable part. This is awarded in the form of bonuses according to the achievement of objectives set in an annual amendment to their contract.

03

UPSCALING  programme

A financial bonus system, open to all, rewards all our employees who bring in business or co-opt a new employee.

Flexibility and remote working

At Scalian, we believe that combining performance with quality of life is essential. That’s why we offer a flexible work environment, including the option for remote work. This approach is designed to align with the specific demands of each assignment, while encouraging autonomy, accountability, and day-to-day well-being.

Striking the right balance is essential

At Scalian, we believe that effective management of working hours is crucial for both individual performance and team efficiency. We offer a flexible framework that allows employees to organize their working hours according to project needs and personal preferences. This approach fosters autonomy, trust, and a sustainable work rhythm, creating the ideal conditions for long-term success.

Supporting  parenthood

At Scalian, we support our employees at every stage of their lives, particularly in their role as parents. We put in place schemes adapted to local realities to support parenthood: specific leave, flexible working hours, support for returning after parental leave, and access to dedicated resources and services. Because being a parent and a professional is possible under the best possible conditions.

Social protection

At Scalian, we are committed to supporting our employees every day. They benefit from a comprehensive insurance scheme and a robust provident fund, ensuring peace of mind in the face of the unexpected. Additionally, a group insurance policy has been implemented to provide enhanced protection for everyone, because your well-being and that of your loved ones are truly important to us.

Diversity, inclusion and equal pay

At Scalian, diversity is a real driver of innovation and performance. We firmly believe that each individual enriches our collective success. This is why we take concrete action to ensure a fair and inclusive working environment, in particular by actively tackling the gender pay gap. We strive for equal opportunities, respect for all differences and fair pay for everyone, everywhere in the world.

Additional benefits

You may be eligible for other benefits depending on the country, such as lunch vouchers, mobility allowances, other benefits, etc.
