Mobility

If you want to explore new regions in France and abroad, widen your career path or move into a managerial role, Scalian can offer you a wide range of specialities, geographical locations and in-house advancement opportunities. So that you can play an active role in your career path, we promote our various opportunities and your managers are available to discuss your project with you at any time.

Geographical mobility

Scalian has set up the 'En Route' programme for employees wishing to discover other countries on temporary assignments. This scheme enables employees to spend several weeks at French, German or Spanish sites, as part of a skills development programme or a specific project.

How does it work ?

01

Project

Consult the positions open to mobility or submit an unsolicited application. Share your project with your manager and HR manager, who will help you with the process.

02

Applying

Put together a skills and mobility file to apply for the position you have in mind.

03

Interview

If your application is selected by the corresponding manager, you will be invited for an interview to get to know you and to discuss the feasibility of your project.

04

Transfer

If all the conditions are met, a transfer agreement is drawn up, and the move can take place within an average of three months.
