Recruitment and onboarding

The recruitment phase is a key moment for both the candidate and the recruiter. At Scalian, we do everything we can to ensure that candidates can really get to know the company and project their career paths based on their experience of the recruitment process. Here are the stages in our recruitment process.

First contact with a recruitment officer to confirm that our respective expectations match up.

First meeting with your manager. Getting to know each other: the idea here is to introduce you to Scalian, to find out more about you and provide you with a detailed description of the projects that you might work on in the future.

Second meeting with your future technical or assignment manager. Discussing your skills and expertise.

Our projects converge! We then offer you a job.

You choose to join us. An excellent decision! Let's sign the contract to start our new adventure together!

Before your arrival, we stay in touch with you and exchange information. You can take part in Scalian events, and we'll be in regular contact, no matter how long until you arrive.

You are now a part of the Scalian team, let the adventure begin!

Scalian Pact

The Scalian Pact is an integration programme that starts when you arrive. This process is designed to provide you with the keys to success for your first six months in the job. Scalian Pact 1: on the day of your arrival, we undertake to assist you in terms of job support, ongoing skills development and networking with Scalian communities. During Scalian Pact 2 and 3, at three and six months respectively, we set and monitor your objectives. These meetings also enable us to review the commitments made.
