What is the Gender Equality Index?

Every year, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index. The 100-point index is calculated on the basis of four or five indicators, depending on the size of the company.

As for the year 2024, the Scalian Economic and Social Unit obtained 93 points out of 100 in the gender equality index. This is broken down by indicator as follows:
