Every year, Scalian takes part in the Best Workplaces certification organised by Great Place To Work. This certification is based on feedback from employees about their quality of life at work. This certification is renewed every year, and in order to earn it, a company must achieve a minimum score of 65% of positive responses to the survey carried out by the organisation. Only once a company has been certified can it claim Best Workplaces status.


This year, Scalian is certified Great Place To Work in the 11 countries in which we are represented. This is the fourth year that Scalian is certified in France, the second year in Spain, and the first time for all the other countries. We make progress every year, and thanks to feedback from all our employees, we continue to improve our management practices and our corporate culture.
