Diversity and inclusion

To provide a secure, flexible and caring working environment for everyone, we pay particular attention to inclusion and respect each individual's profile. This results in local management that is attentive, dedicated meeting times, and concrete actions over time to create an increasingly inclusive environment.

Disability policy

Since 2018, Scalian has deployed a network of trained and clearly identified disability advisers within our agencies in France. This network offers a forum for discussing and finding solutions in complete discretion and confidentiality. The disability advisers are the key contacts for employees on all disability-related issues, from the process to obtain the disabled worker status to job adaptation.

In 2024, Scalian is going one step further by adopting an ambitious inclusion policy for workers with disabilities. We have set ambitious targets for the recruitment of people with disabilities, aiming for a weighted employment rate of 2.5% after three years.

Job retention

A recruitment plan also requires a job retention scheme, and the disability agreement provides for several possible measures to ensure that the employees concerned benefit from the best possible working conditions. The scheme has three main objectives.

01

Adapting workstations

02

Adjusting working conditions

03

Administrative support

04

Providing help with career change and retraining
