Scalian Academy

Scalian Academy Learning Services is Scalian Group's certified training organisation, dedicated entirely to developing the skills of our employees and customers. It is a perfect opportunity to progress in a wide range of areas, such as project management, auditing, lean manufacturing and data, for example.

The Academy's training courses are accessible to all Scalian employees at any time, through the training department. Through this initiative, we are investing in the future, equipping our employees with the skills they need to succeed in a constantly changing technological and managerial environment.

The Academy offers and runs more than 100 synchronous and asynchronous training programmes in techniques, methods and attitudes, using adapted teaching levels and game-based activities. We train more than 2,000 people every year, thanks to the expertise of recognised experts in their field. Our trainers have all been previously coached and trained in educational engineering and training facilitation.
