What will your role be?
We are looking for an AEROSPACE FIELD ENGINEER to perform the following activities:
- Investment project management (CAPEX): contribute to the planning and execution of strategic upgrades to plants and infrastructure.
- Quality control and compliance: perform measurements, data analysis, and inspections to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- Technical reporting and documentation: prepare detailed reports and update plant documentation to ensure traceability and transparency.
- Measurement systems analysis: support the technical management of equipment by monitoring performance and reliability.
- Preparation of technical specifications: develop documentation and requirements for plant systems and maintenance activities.
- Plant operations and facility services: oversee plant operations to ensure operational continuity and safety.
- Monitoring of management and maintenance software: use digital tools to optimize processes and maintenance activities.

Qualifiche
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or Management Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamic fluid transformation systems, including: Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Heat exchangers, Refrigeration machine, Air handling units (AHU, Filtration systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD.
Soft skills:
- Accuracy and a methodical approach, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize complex activities.
- Practical mindset and curiosity, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Teamwork and effective time management skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to company guidelines and directives.

- Italian (Fluent)
- English (fluent, oral and written)
