  • Develop and implement detailed ToW plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure robust industrial readiness at receiving sites, including capability assessments, capacity verification, and approval milestones.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary interface between supplier sites in Spain and internal UK/EU stakeholders.

  • Conduct onsite reviews, audits, and readiness checks during scheduled visits.

  • Manage multi-functional communication streams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.

Industrialisation & Manufacturing Readiness

  • Oversee production transfers, tooling moves, qualification activities, and first article inspections (FAI) where necessary.

Desirable

  • Background in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.

  • Experience managing suppliers in Spain or wider Europe.

  • Engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing qualification (degree or equivalent experience).

  • Fluency in Spanish (beneficial but not essential).

Work Arrangement

  • 1 week per month onsite in Spain (travel expenses covered or reimbursed).

  • Remainder of the role remote within the UK.

  • Occasional additional travel may be required depending on project phases.

  • Initial duration: 6 months

  • Extension: High likelihood based on project performance and broader programme needs
