- Lead and coordinate the transfer of production activities from Germany to sites in the USA and Mexico
- Manage the transfer of the supply base, including supplier onboarding, qualification, and compliance with company processes
- Oversee purchase order (PO) migration to ensure uninterrupted supply and avoid production downtime
- Define and manage Transfer of Work (TOW) project milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure industrial validation and ramp-up readiness at receiving sites, including First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration between engineering, planning, quality, procurement, and operations teams
- Coordinate re-sourcing and dual sourcing projects from initial assessment through supplier qualification and PO alignment
- Develop and maintain project management tools including project plans, action logs, risk registers, and KPI dashboards
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks such as supply disruptions, quality issues, or capacity shortfalls
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout project execution
- Provide clear and regular progress reporting to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and decision points
- Document lessons learned and propose continuous improvement actions for future projects

What will your role be?
As a, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the successful transfer of work (TOW) Supply Chain Project Manager initiatives, supplier transitions, and re-sourcing projects across global sites. Your role will be central in ensuring business continuity, compliance, and operational excellence across the supply chain during transitions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, and operations teams to drive project milestones and manage supply chain risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing Transfer of Work projects in aerospace or a similar high-complexity manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of supply base transfers, PO migration, and supplier qualification processes
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, preferably M3
- Solid project management capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies
- Proficient in risk management, KPI tracking, and project reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with dual sourcing or re-sourcing projects is a strong advantage
- Business-level proficiency in German is a strong advantage
- A valid passport is required for potential travel to Germany; must be willing to travel as needed to support supplier transitions and on-site activities
