- Analyze and map business processes related to Sales and Distribution including order-to-cash, billing, pricing, shipping, and credit management
- Configure and maintain SAP SD components such as customer master, material master, sales order processing, pricing procedures, delivery, billing, invoicing, and returns
- Partner with business users to identify areas for process improvement and automation
- Develop and document functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and reports
- Support full-cycle SAP SD projects from requirement gathering and design to testing and deployment
- Manage configuration changes and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing
- Ensure compliance with change management and documentation standards
- Monitor, categorize, and prioritize SAP SD issues and enhancement requests within the ticketing tool
- Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams for complex ticket escalations and cross-module impacts
- Create user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Support data migration, validation, and reporting activities related to the SD module
- Develop requirements for SD-related reports and dashboards
- Monitor system data integrity and overall SD system performance
- Stay current with SAP best practices and new functionalities
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and related testing activities
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved user experience

What will your role be?
As an SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Functional Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s SAP SD module. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze sales and distribution processes, gather requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, and ensure system integrity across related modules. This position emphasizes system analysis, configuration, process improvement, ticket management, and end-user support
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, implementation, or support roles
- Experience with full-cycle SAP projects including blueprint, realization, go-live, and post-support
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and integration with FI, MM, and other modules
- Experience using a ticketing system for SAP support such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in SAP SD configuration such as pricing, billing, delivery, and credit management
- Good understanding of integration points with Finance, Materials Management, and Logistics
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving system and process issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Experience in Professional Services, Manufacturing, or Distribution industries preferred
