What will your role be?
We are looking for a PAM & IAM Specialist to perform the following activities:
- Define and maintain IAM/PAM policies, standards and governance.
- Govern identity lifecycle and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
- Define access requirements for critical systems and privileged accounts.
- Oversee PAM controls, including MFA, privileged/service accounts and break-glass accounts.
- Coordinate User Access Reviews and monitor excessive privilege risks.
- Define IAM/PAM KPIs and monitor PAM coverage of critical systems.
- Challenge IAM/PAM architectures and integrate security requirements into IT projects.
- Support NIS2, ISO 27001 audits and remediation activities.

Qualifications
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, PAM or Information Security.
- Strong understanding of modern IAM architectures.
- Good knowledge of MFA, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, LDAP/AD and Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Experience with PAM solutions.
- Good understanding of Zero Trust and Least Privilege.
- Knowledge of NIS2 and ISO 27001.
- Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, application and audit teams.
