What will your role be?
We are looking for a SENIOR ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ENGINEER to perform the following activities:
- Electro-mechanical design and technical supervision
- Support to R&D and new technical proposals
- Contribution to lab and workshop setup
- Participation in technical meetings with suppliers and customers
- Support to integration, installation and testing activities (FAT / iFAT / SAT)
- Training on-the-job activities

Qualifications
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- 15+ years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Strong background in CBRN (civil and military)
- Experience with MilSTD, EMI/EMC, Safety Analysis
- Proven experience in complex system integration and testing

- Problem-solving and stress management skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Languages:
- Italian (Fluent)
- English (fluent, oral and written)
