What will your role be?
We are looking for an Avionics Hardware Engineer to join our Engineering team. We welcome applications from talented engineers at different stages of their careers, from recent graduates to professionals with experience in safety-critical avionics. The level of responsibility and technical ownership will be aligned with the candidate's experience and competencies.
- Design, develop and verify FPGA solutions using VHDL and/or Verilog.
- Design electronic schematics for analog and digital circuits, ranging from simple to complex architectures according to the candidate's level of experience.
- Support the development, integration, verification and validation of electronic hardware.
- Execute laboratory activities including hardware bring-up, debugging and testing using standard laboratory instruments.
- Contribute to hardware verification and test execution.
- Capture, analyse and manage system and hardware requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the complete hardware development lifecycle.
- For more experienced candidates, contribute to the development of safety-critical avionics hardware in compliance with applicable industry standards.

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent
- From < 1 to 3+ years of experience in FPGA and/or Electronic Design, preferably within aerospace, avionics or other high-reliability industries
- Knowledge of VHDL and/or Verilog development in FPGA environments
- Knowledge of electronic schematic design
- Familiarity with FPGA development and implementation tools
- Knowledge of electronic design principles for analog and digital boards
- Basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation for hardware testing and debugging
- Ability to perform hardware verification and test activities
- Knowledge of requirements management processes; experience with IBM DOORS is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of electronic design for complex boards is considered a plus
- Familiarity with the hardware development lifecycle for safety-critical avionics, including DO-254, is considered an advantage
