What will your role be? 

We are looking for a Warehouse Responsible  to perform the following activities: ​​​​​​

• Manage daily warehouse operations (goods receipt, picking, packing, storage internal transfers)
• Ensure correct execution of inbound and outbound flows
• Organize shipments: request quotations, issue DDT and shipment invoices, arrange pickups
• Apply and verify compliance with export control rules
• Coordinate internal and external services (logistics providers, couriers, internal departments)
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 

• Proven experience in warehouse operations management 
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics flows
• Experience in shipment organization and transport documentation
• Knowledge of export control rules and compliance requirements
• Ability to coordinate external logistics providers and internal stakeholders
• Good working knowledge of SAP and strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets

Soft skills: 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Languages: 

• Italian (Fluent) 
• English (fluent, oral and written)
